Class Rankings Disappear

According to our local paper, the high school has stopped providing college administion committees with a student's class rank. This is a trend among the elite schools, according to the paper. The superintendent said that in a highly competitive schools, the rank of the student is less important than test scores and grades. A student at the 85% in an elite school would be in the 99% in another town.
